Modern Living a Short Way from Prague
Zahrady Herink is an ideal place to live for families with children and those that want to live surrounded by the countryside, but with Prague within sight.

The project offers a total of 22 brick houses of top quality. Every four-bedroom (5+kk) house includes a garden, garage and terrace. All the houses harmonise both traditional and modern architectural elements. The houses have a saddle roof, large-format windows, clean, functionalist lines and the whole Zahrady Herink project is sensitively set in an original development with a small-town atmosphere.
Every four-bedroom (5+kk) house is on a lot with an area of approx. 450 sqm and has a floor area of 159 sqm. All the houses in the project are brick. Thanks to the use of modern technology and top-quality materials, Zahrady Herink is an exceptionally high-quality designer project.
It is a project that will use the best materials – the result will be houses that offer you modern, fashionable living, significant energy savings and maximum noise dampening. The latest generation of materials will be used in construction and the materials delivered will be of a high quality.
You can complete the loft space the way you want. You can have a large open space for common activities or, on the contrary, make it into several rooms, including a bathroom.
In between the fields and meadows you will find countless paths that lead to the local chapel, pond, chateau or the nearby Průhonice Park. Golf lovers can look forward to an 18-hole course in the neighbouring village. Thanks to its great position and smooth links to the Prague Ring Road, you can go from Herink to the centre by car in 15 minutes; regular public transport will take you to Opatov station on metro line C in 30 minutes, and Průhonice and Říčany are only a couple of kilometres away.
You can take a walk to the “Višňovky” chapel or the “Okrouhlík” wood, another route leads to the “Na Obci” pond along the road towards Radějovice and into the woods in “Krsovice” (or to Osnice). One new route is a farmers’ path opened at the end of 2014 and leading from the chapel back to the pond.
You can take a nice walk to “Průhonice Park”. The Prague-Vienna cycle path goes through the municipality. A new 18-hole golf course is currently being built in the neighbouring village of Nebřenice, which is 5 km away.
